The Mission of BSA Troop 650 is to reach out to each boy and;
- Develop his soul so that he fervently pursues a personal faith in Jesus Christ
- Develop his character so that he can discern right from wrong
- Develop his courage so that he will do the right thing even when it is difficult or unnoticed
- Develop his leadership so that he will efficiently guide others in worthy pursuits
- Develop his skills so that he will be an asset to himself, his family and his community
- Develop his heart so that he will invest himself in helping others; and
- To do it all with as much fun and adventure that he eagerly asks for more.
- Additionally, BSA Troop 650 incorporates the mission and statement of faith of its Chartering Organization, Etiwanda Community Church, as well as the Boy Scouts of America's mission and vision statements.
